Returns accepted only within 5 days of delivery, excluding damaged, used, altered products, tampered seals, or those missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.

Return Process

  • Step 1: Email or call within 5 days with order ID, reason, product photos, and invoice.

  • Step 2: Buko arranges free pickup if eligible.

  • Step 3: Refunds or replacements process after inspection; replacements depend on stock availability.

For damaged, defective, or wrong items received, follow the same process—quality checks occur pre-shipment, but transit issues qualify for replacement or refund.

Track returns via email updates; full refunds to original payment method within 7-8 business days post-inspection, plus 2-3 days to reflect.

Partial Returns and Cancellations

  • Return individual items using the standard process.

  • Pre-shipment cancellations: Email or call for full refund in 48 hours, no fees.

  • Post-shipment: Refuse delivery; refund after return verification.

Shipping fees are non-refundable if applicable; coupons or rewards used in cancelled orders remain non-reusable.
